Technology
Combining expertise together with customized tools
and equipment continues to make us a leader in the
door installation industry.
The Best That We Can Do
Always Improving
We take a lot of pride in developing the
best systems we possibly can for
installing doors efficiently. This allows us
to work safely and more economically,
and is the reason we can produce a
better end product at a lower price.

We are continually looking for new ways
to do the job better, including the latest
tools, customized equipment and state of
the art door installation procedures.
Doing the job in the very best way
possible creates higher efficiency for us
and the customer. Following are a few
examples of the specialized tools and
technology that have allowed us to
develop a great door installation system.
Every installation system is designed for the
greatest efficiency as well as for the safety of
the installer and the protection of the door and
hardware.
Our foreman tool carts are the hub of
every project. They have been designed
to provide all the necessary tools for the
job and to serve as a work surface for
various hardware installations.

These carts not only store all the power
and hand tools required, but also provide
the means to arrange them in the most
efficient manner to perform our work.
Nerve Center
One of our most creative and useful
inventions is the door horse. This is a
device we designed to ideally position
doors for hardware installation.

With very little effort, we are able to roll a
door between vertical and horizontal.
This facilitates the safe and efficient
application of hinges, locksets, closers
and many other hardware items.

We have taken this normally "two man"
operation and converted it to "one man",
saving both time and money. This system
also guarantees no damage to the door
itself.
Door Horse
Our custom A-Frame stackers allow for
the storage of hardwared doors
anywhere on a job site without the need
for leaning them against a finished wall.

These A-Frame Stackers also allow for
installing hardware on doors early,
before they are ready to be swung in the
openings, which allows other trades to
complete their work (flooring, painting,
etc.). This can save valuable time at the
end of the job.
A-Frame Stacker
When it comes to door hardware,
organization is half the battle. It is
absolutely vital to properly store,
inventory and arrange the many
hardware components on a jobsite.

We have constructed our hardware
shelving to be both easily demountable
and mobile. This allows us to move an
entire shelf of hardware to any part of the
jobsite at a moment's notice.
Mobile shelving
Careful and methodical organization is half the
battle. The time it takes to keep track of every
jamb, door and item of hardware pays off
tenfold by the end of the job.
